First step is to go on Google and searh for a relavant term that can be associated with the subject manner on your website. When you get the results just go to "images" and you will have no problem finding what you need. Second thing is to save to your computer the pictures that you like the most. When you are on your youtube channel page, go to edit your channel art and upload the picture you picked.

If the picture does not fit just go to Pixler.com and change thr image size to: 2048 pixels wide and 1152 pixels tall. Save the resized image to your computer and re-upload it to your youtube channel and you are done.
